Shipping policy
I HAVE JUST PURCHASED AN ITEM, HOW LONG UNTIL IT ARRIVES?
Our standard processing time is 5-7 business days and standard shipping is 3-6 business days.
Shipping time for international orders is 7 to 21 business days.
If you are purchasing multiple pieces in the same transaction, all items will ship together according to the item with the longest processing time.
Do keep in mind that although we can control when the package leaves our warehouse and estimate the date of arrival, we cannot control USPS/FedEx/UPS shipping and any unforeseen delays!

IS THE ITEM GOING TO BE EXACTLY LIKE I SEE IT ONLINE?
We do our best to provide accurate photos and descriptions of all our products so you know exactly what to expect. However, please note that slight variations in color or texture may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or the manufacturing process. Rest assured, the quality and specifications of our materials will always meet your expectations!
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.
Unfortunately, after 24 hours, we cannot cancel orders as all of our products are custom-made and prepared specifically for you. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before finalizing your purchase. If you have any concerns, feel free to reach out.

WHAT IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVES BROKEN OR DEFECTIVE?
